Functions:

Checking and supervising the company’s accounts, cash and taxation. Payment and collection management. Ensuring the quality of all industrial stages through the collaboration of all departments. Managing industrial planning to obtain the desired product in the most efficient way, overseeing production, logistics, quality and purchases. Managing and maintaining the IT equipment in optimal condition, providing user support. Creating our own software to meet the needs of each department and of the production process. Managing and planning sales, detecting customers’ needs and opening new markets. Setting the sales policy. Managing product projects, adapting them to customers’ specific requirements, quality, current legislation and manufacturing techniques. Designing new products.
